Jens De Winne
is a member of the Litigation & Arbitration practice group of Loyens & Loeff Belgium. He is an associate who specialises in complex civil and commercial litigation before the Belgian courts and the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. Jens is a research assistant at the University of Antwerp, from which he also holds a law degree (2014). His research at the university is focused on the field of private international law, particularly issues of international jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. Jens is also a member of the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL Europe).
