About Jessica McKenney
Jessica McKenney
earned a JD/MA in international affairs from the Washington College of Law at American University with a focus on human rights. Jessica clerked for the Honourable Kathleen Mackay at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands and was legal counsel for the Virgin Department of Planning and Nature Resources’ Division of Coastal Zone Management. She is admitted to practise law in the USVI and the District of Columbia, and before the US Tax Court. Jessica assists Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC in tax and business matters.
