is a partner and Head of Capital Markets and Public M&A, with extensive experience in all types of public and private M&A and capital markets transactions (takeovers, IPOs, equity and bond offerings) as well as general corporate advice, corporate governance and incentive programmes. He has advised inter alia Stendörren, Boozt, Actic, Edgeware, Internationella Engelska Skolan, Dometic, Pandox, Tobii, Lifco, Gränges, Com Hem, D Carnegie & Co (now Hembla AB), Cavotec, NAXS and HMS Networks in connection with their respective IPOs on Nasdaq Stockholm. Jesper has also served as an adviser to Pandox on its directed share issue, Stendörren in connection with the EQT public offer, Vostok New Ventures in connection with the sale of Avito, EQT on its divestment of shares in Dometic, Swedbank on a rights issues in Brinova Fastigheter, RusForest on a public offer from Dimesilia and D Carnegie & Co on a mandatory offer from Blackstone. He has an LLM degree from Lund University and an MSc from the School of Economics and Management at the same institution.
