About Ji Hoon Kim

Ji Hoon Kim is a partner at Lee & Ko’s TMT practice group, advising clients on a broad range of technology, media and telecommunications matters, as well as on corporate law, data protection and privacy, and regulatory compliance. His practice focuses on data privacy and cybersecurity, regulatory investigations and litigation, cyber incident response and emerging technology issues, including AI. Jihoon earned his LLM from the UCLA School of Law and his LLB from Seoul National University. He is admitted to the Korean Bar and previously served as a judge advocate in the Republic of Korea Army.
