About Jiyoung Sohn

Jiyoung Sohn practices primarily in corporate investigations, white collar criminal defence, and regulatory compliance at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Ms Sohn has represented a broad range of multinational companies in criminal investigations and potential actions before South Korean regulators. She also has extensive experience in corporate investigations and regulatory matters concerning a variety of issues, including fraud, embezzlement, bribery, sexual harassment, and auto industry regulations. Ms Sohn received a JD from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007, and has been admitted to the New York Bar. Prior to her legal career, Ms Sohn worked as a management consultant at Accenture.
