Jianwei Liu joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2021, after a five-year tenure with Deloitte China. She has extensive experience providing tax services to multinationals and Chinese enterprises, excelling in advising clients on overall business operations and tax-related issues. Ms Liu has provided tax consulting services to many investment institutions and TMT industry clients, including restructure planning, tax health checks, tax incentive applications, and advice on equity incentive and employee stock ownership plans. She also has extensive practical experience providing tax compliance services, such as tax declarations for different types of transactions.
