is a partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s transportation and space group. His practice is focused on representing investment banks, leasing companies, airlines, lenders, equity participants and hedge funds in connection with a broad range of transactions, including public and private debt securities offerings, securitisations, secured and unsecured lending, operating and finance leasing, acquisitions and financial restructurings.
