About Jukka Pello

Jukka Pello is a founding partner of Dottir and head of the firm’s dedicated Venture Capital and Growth Companies team. He is an experienced corporate and technology lawyer whose practice focuses on venture capital and growth financings. Jukka regularly advises Finnish and international venture capital funds, growth companies and founders on financing rounds and related shareholder arrangements, and he has extensive experience in cross-border exits, private M&A, First North IPOs and corporate governance. He also advises on key commercial contracts and dispute resolution matters within his areas of expertise. Jukka is a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
