About Julia MacGibbon

Julia MacGibbon is a senior associate in Tompkins Wake’s Auckland-based employment team and an experienced litigator, having assisted both local and international clients with all aspects of dispute resolution in health and safety and employment matters. She regularly advises clients on Holidays Act 2003 issues and audits, disciplinary processes and organisational restructuring, and her experience extends to acting as an independent investigator. Before joining the firm, Julia spent close to a decade at a leading international law firm, where she built a strong practice in employment and workplace health and safety.
