About Julie Pasternak

Julie Pasternak is a partner in the litigation team at Darrois. She has developed great expertise in litigation, with deep knowledge of civil and commercial procedures. She regularly pleads before civil and commercial courts, and also advises the firm’s clients on pre-litigation and out-of-court settlements. She is also involved with the Women’s Commission of Cercle Montesquieu (a prestigious group of French legal directors). Julie regularly speaks at various conferences alongside legal practitioners and judges. She also teaches on various specialised master’s programmes.
