Juliette Popot
is a junior member of Racine’s fund formation team, advising French and foreign fund managers on legal and regulatory matters. Her practice focuses on the structuring, launching and distribution of private investment funds governed by French law. She is also involved in primary and secondary transactions, assisting fund managers and investors with subscriptions, transfers, compliance requirements and other aspects of acquiring or disposing of interests in investment funds.
