Junichi Kitahara is an attorney-at-law and partner at Abe, Ikubo & Katayama, admitted to the Japanese Bar in 1989 and the New York Bar in 1994. He specialises in IP litigation and commercial litigation. His IP expertise covers patents, trademarks, copyright and unfair competition in a vast array of technology sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, chemical products, medical devices, semiconductors and electronics, computer software and gaming and AI.
