Omri Sender
is chair of the public international law practice group at S Horowitz and acts as counsel and adviser to states, international organisations and multinational corporations on matters spanning the full spectrum of public international law. These encompass treaty obligations, territorial and maritime boundary delimitation, State and diplomatic immunities, the law of the sea, international investment law, international criminal law, sanctions and compliance, the law of international organisations and state responsibility. His deep understanding of how international law is made and applied has earned him widespread recognition as a leading expert and practitioner in the field, and he is a designated arbitrator on the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators.
