About Olaore Akinyemi

Olaore Akinyemi is an associate in the Energy, Finance, and Infrastructure practice group at Stren & Blan Partners. Her expertise spans project finance, and advisory on the regulatory framework for complex energy transactions, with a focus on renewable energy, oil and gas, and energy transition. She advised the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) on the deployment of a EUR40,000,000 credit facility to the Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN). She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to structure investment, financing, and infrastructure solutions, providing legal and strategic support across Nigeria and other emerging markets.
