Olga Serova Olga Serova is an Accounting and Finance Consultant at Consigliere Group. She advises private clients, family-owned businesses and investment structures on financial reporting, tax compliance, asset ownership structures and international financial matters. Olga has more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and international corporate administration, including work with offshore and cross-border structures in Cyprus, BVI and other jurisdictions. Prior to joining Consigliere Group, she held senior finance and analytical positions in investment and asset management organisations. Olga is a DipIFR-qualified finance professional with extensive experience in financial modelling, IFRS reporting and international business operations.
