is a senior associate with a noteworthy strength in civil law and arbitration. He has focused his practice on arbitration, representing companies in construction-related and post M&A disputes. He also advises companies (including public works concessionaires) on the management of upcoming disputes and negotiations. In addition, Mr Palominos has successfully represented banks, utilities, developers and construction companies in class actions and civil liability claims. Mr Palominos holds an academic background as a professor of Legal Practice and as an assistant professor of Civil Law at the Catholic University of Chile. He obtained the Fulbright and Becas Chile Scholarship to study an LL.M at Columbia University (2016). He was a foreign associate at Kirkland & Ellis (2016-2017), working with the international arbitration group of the New York office.
