About Orlando Vogler Guiné

Orlando Vogler Guiné joined VdA in 2006, is of counsel in the firm’s banking and finance practice, and is also active in the capital markets practice. He advises on debt issuances, equity-related matters and structured financings, including covered bonds, securitisations and the structuring of collective investment undertakings, while also providing ongoing regulatory support to a diversified portfolio of leading clients across financial and non financial sectors. He has deep derivatives expertise, covering both transactional work (negotiation of framework agreements, confirmations) and regulatory matters (EMIR, MiFID II), having completed a secondment at a major Portuguese bank on these matters.
