About Ozofu 'Latunde Ogiemudia

Ozofu 'Latunde Ogiemudia is the deputy managing partner of UUBO, and a partner in the firm’s corporate advisory, private equity, M&A, competition, employment, private wealth management and pro bono teams. Ozofu is the chairperson of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law and the Central Organising Committee of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG). She was the chairperson of the Technical Advisory Committee to the 8th Nigerian Senate on the drafting of the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, and the thematic lead of the National Assembly Business Environment Roundtable Regulatory working group.
