About Lotario Dittrich

Lotario Dittrich focuses his practice on civil litigation, with reference to judgments before the ordinary courts and the Court of Cassation concerning corporate and commercial law, environmental law and bankruptcy law. He is also active in the field of arbitration, regularly taking part in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, both as a counsel and as an arbitrator. Mr Dittrich is a professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Trieste, where he teaches Civil Procedure. He also taught at the Universities of Milan and Como. He is a member of the Editorial Committee of the Procedural Law Journal. He is the author of three books, various papers and case comments relating to Italian Civil Procedure matters and arbitration. He regularly lectures and speaks at academic and professional conferences, including postgraduate courses.
