About Lojain Rozi

Lojain Rozi is a junior associate in the corporate/commercial and capital market practices at KN&P, advising on corporate and commercial matters, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and providing board secretary services. Lojain holds a Bachelor of Laws from Prince Sultan University, where she graduated with distinction, and works in both Arabic and English. Since joining the firm in 2025, she has supported clients across the media, aviation, sports, and real estate sectors, as well as general corporate clients, including foreign companies, on transactional and advisory matters, building a practice grounded in her earlier experience at law firms.
