About Lorena Barrazueta

Lorena Barrazueta is an associate at Coronel & Pérez. She holds a law degree from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Cambridge and a Master's degree in Constitutional Law from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. She is an expert in arbitration and has extensive experience in various areas of corporate law, including M&A. She was a legal adviser at the Constitutional Court of Ecuador and at the Administrative Chamber of the National Court of Justice. She has lectured at undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at Universidad Estatal de Santa Elena and Universidad del Pacífico.
