About Loris Marghieri

Loris Marghieri is a counsel and heads the real estate practice at Gide Loyrette Nouel Casablanca, which he joined in 2015. He advises a wide range of Moroccan and international professionals on all aspects of real estate law, focusing on transactions (acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and real estate companies), construction operations and large-scale development projects. He also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating off-plan lease agreements for tenants and owners. Loris regularly assists with the preparation and negotiation of hotel management agreements in hospitality/tourism projects. He also acts for investment managers, banks and other institutional investors in the structuring and setting up of Moroccan REITs (OPCIs).
