About Laura Guzzo

Laura Guzzo is an associate at Veirano Advogados and integrates energy, infrastructure and oil and gas into her practice. Her work bridges advisory and litigation: on the advisory side, she supports clients on M&A transactions, the negotiation of complex agreements and project structuring, while her disputes practice spans administrative, judicial and arbitration proceedings. She has acted on complex matters across the energy, infrastructure, oil and gas and biofuels sectors, advising both national and international clients. Laura holds a specialisation in Administrative Law from FGV Direito SP, where she is also an independent student in the Academic Master’s Program in Law and Development.
