Laura Francia
is a partner at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas and specialises in public and administrative law, with extensive experience in government relations, regulatory frameworks, administrative sanctioning procedures, private investment, and the elimination of bureaucratic barriers. Her practice also encompasses real estate, environmental and sustainable development, and urban planning law, advising and representing both private companies and public entities. She holds an LL.M. in Government Contracts from George Washington University and a master’s degree in project management from EAE Business School in Madrid. Laura currently serves as a Professor of Administrative Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and teaches postgraduate courses in Administrative Law across various academic institutions and public sector organizations.
