About Laman Sadigli-Mirzayeva

Laman Sadigli-Mirzayeva is an associate manager at KPMG Law Azerbaijan, bringing extensive experience from private practice and in-house counsel roles, including at Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers. She advises on corporate and commercial law, contracts, regulatory compliance, environmental and employment law, and international arbitration, covering M&A due diligence, share acquisitions, infrastructure and construction projects, BOO investment models, FIDIC-based contracts, antitrust compliance, and FMCG sector regulations. Laman has supported high-profile events such as WUF13 in Baku, assisting foreign investors with market entry and licensing procedures. She holds an LLB from Baku State University, an LLM from Humboldt University, and is a member of the Azerbaijani Bar Association.
