About Laryssa Perkins

Laryssa Perkins is a senior counsel in Hadef & Partners’ corporate team in Abu Dhabi. She is an Australian-qualified solicitor with extensive experience across a range of corporate and commercial matters, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She most recently assisted with the Multiply Group PJSC acquisition of the Two Point Zero Group and Ghitha Holding PJSC, and the IPO and ADX listing of NMDC Energy PJSC. She is also a published author, having been featured in a number of publications, including the Governance Institute of Australia’s Governance Directions Journal.
