About Le Quang Vinh

Le Quang Vinh is a founding partner of Bross & Partners, with 26+ years of experience in the field. He is a prominent litigator with diversified expertise spanning patents, trademarks, GIs, and copyright. Vinh masters a holistic enforcement approach, seamlessly integrating civil litigation, criminal prosecution and administrative raids. Vinh successfully strategised the recovery of Phở Thìn 13 Lo Duc (USA, South Korea) and G7 Coffee (Iceland) and advised on the Buôn Ma Thuột GI (China). A key contributor to the 2025 IP Law amendments, he lectures on IP adjudication for judges and prosecutors. Vinh is a member of VBF, INTA, APAA and AIPPI.
