About Lena Mitichyan

Lena Mitichyan is a principal associate at Andersen Legal Armenia (formerly TK & Partners), which she joined in December 2021. She leads the firm’s court representation practice, handling complex disputes for major financial institutions, corporations and individuals. Lena advises on banking and financial law, corporate matters and intellectual property, and is certified by the Patent Attorneys Commission as a trustee. Lena is also a licensed mediator (since 2024). She lectures at the French University in Armenia (UFAR). Lena holds an LLB from UFAR and an LLM in International Business and Corporate Law from the American University of Armenia, and is a member of the Chamber of Advocates.
