is a senior associate in the corporate and finance, and technology, media and telecommunications departments. He has worked with KAA since 2013. Leonard was part of the team that advised a mobile telecommunications company on the potential acquisition of its radio frequency spectrum by another telecommunications company in a deal valued at USD16 million. He advises various entities on structuring their operations to comply with the recently enacted Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, as well as the new licensing legal regime recently enacted by the UCC. Leonard is a member of the Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society.
