Li Yi is a senior associate in the Beijing office of Haiwen & Partners. She advises major Hollywood studios and international VoD platforms on entertainment transactions spanning development, financing, production, marketing and distribution. Her practice also covers Sino-foreign co-productions, theme parks, talent, music, gaming and technology matters, including AI/AIGC-related content licensing, copyright and regulatory issues. She also advises foreign companies on PRC regulatory and compliance matters. Ms Li is dual-qualified in the PRC and the State of New York.
