About Liv Helth Lauersen

Liv Helth Lauersen is a partner at Bruun & Hjejle and specialises in construction and procurement law. She has more than 20 years’ experience in arbitration and disputes within the construction industry and has handled several landmark cases, including the MgO complex. Liv advises on contract structures to ensure that requirements for digitalisation, sustainability and collaboration are met. She leads JUC’s Project Development Network, which promotes innovative and sustainable approaches to modern construction. Liv also serves on the boards of the Danish Society for Construction and Consulting Law, the Danish Association for Public Procurement Law and the Danish Arbitration Association.
