Lim Chong Kin
heads the competition and regulatory (contentious and non-contentious) and TMT practices at Drew & Napier, and has played a key role in the development of sectoral competition regulation in Singapore. Since 1999, he has routinely advised the sectoral competition regulators on liberalisation, market access, licensing, competition regulation, merger reviews and enforcement issues, including successfully defending the regulators in various ministerial appeals. He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore, the Singapore Academy of Law, the Law Society of England and Wales, the Pacific Telecommunications Council and the American Bar Association.
