Lim Zhi Jian
is a partner at LHAG, specialising in IP and TMT. Jian has represented a wide range of local and international clients in a multitude of contentious matters including expungement of registered marks, procuring trade description orders, search and seizure orders, injunctions, advising on free trade zones and jurisdictional matters, and procuring judicial assignments of patent. He has vast experience in IP litigation. Jian regularly assists clients in actions for breach of confidentiality or trade secrets, anti-counterfeiting, infringements and prosecution (trade mark, copyright, industrial design and patent) and domain name disputes. Experienced in all stages of litigation, Jian regularly appears in the courts for various processes including full trials, applications, interlocutory proceedings and appeals.
