About Lina Lahlou

Lina Lahlou is a senior associate in the economic law practice group at Osborne Clarke. She advises on distribution law, franchise law and commercial contracts, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. She assists French and international companies at every stage of the creation, structuring and development of distribution and franchise networks, both in France and internationally. She also assists French and international companies with competition law issues, particularly regarding anticompetitive practices, merger control and restrictive business practices.
