Lisa Spencer is a shareholder and attorney at Henson Efron, where she has practiced for 25 years. She leads the firm’s family law practice group and served as the firm’s president from 2020 to 2025. Lisa represents high net worth clients including executives, professional athletes and entertainers; drafts prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements; and is experienced with complex financial cases involving business valuations, tax implications, executive compensation and intellectual property. Lisa serves on the National Board of Directors of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
