About Luciana Maskow Morales

Luciana Maskow Morales is a senior associate at WADR Law, where she advises start-ups, founders, and investment funds on corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, financing transactions, and M&A. Admitted to practice in New York and Brazil, she brings cross-border experience to domestic and international clients. Luciana began her career as in-house counsel in Brazil before advising start-ups on venture capital transactions and financial institutions on governance and regulatory compliance in New York. She also interned at FINRA while earning her LLM in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law.
