About Luciano Castelli

Luciano Castelli is equity partner at LCA Studio Legale and head of the litigation and dispute resolution practice. He has over 20 years’ experience in advising clients in litigation and arbitration cases in civil, commercial and bankruptcy matters. He has been involved in large national disputes, assisting Italian and international companies, often as an arbitrator. Luciano also has experience in civil and professional liability and post-closing claims. He is an adjunct professor of Financial Market Law at the University of Turin and is the author of a number of publications in civil and procedural law. He is also co-author of the Practical Commentary on the Rules of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (Commentario Pratico al Regolamento della Camera Arbitrale di Milano).
