Lucía Berrícano Bayón is an associate in Gibson Dunn’s Madrid office and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets, M&A, Private Equity, and Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance practice groups. She specialises in equity and debt capital markets transactions and has extensive experience in public and private M&A. Lucía also advises listed and non-listed companies on corporate law, corporate governance and securities regulation matters. Her experience includes IPOs, accelerated bookbuilds, secondary placements and other equity capital markets transactions in Spain. She is admitted to the Madrid Bar.
