About Lucía Ibáñez

Lucía Ibáñez joined Galicia in 2022 as an associate in the mergers & acquisitions practice, bringing more than ten years of experience advising buyers, sellers and financial advisors on acquisitions, investments, divestitures and corporate reorganisations across diverse industries. She recently became part of Galicia’s corporate-civil team within the wealth management practice, where she leverages her corporate expertise to develop tailored asset protection, governance and succession planning structures for individuals, families, family offices, trustees and financial product providers. Lucía earned her LL.B. from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente and her LL.M. from The University of Texas in Austin.
