About Luigi Nascimbene

Luigi Nascimbene is the head of the Italian antitrust practice of PwC TLS. He joined PwC in January 2023, after gaining over 15 years’ experience in international law firms between Milan and Brussels. He has extensive experience in advising Italian and international clients from a wide range of industries in every major area of competition law, including cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, unfair commercial practices cases, complex multi-jurisdictional mergers and joint ventures, as well as compliance audits, state aid and foreign direct investment matters. His antitrust practice is recognised by Chambers and other major ranking organisations.
