About Luis Ernesto Marín

Luis Ernesto Marín is a partner in the finance and corporate practice at Rubio Leguía Normand, and has more than 15 years’ experience in financial services regulation, corporate finance, derivatives and insurance. He advises financial institutions and corporations on regulatory matters, corporate reorganisations and M&A involving financial and insurance entities. His experience includes bilateral and syndicated loans, securities issuances, financial leases, project financings and transactions involving derivative instruments across industries such as agribusiness, fishing, energy and real estate. Luis Ernesto represents lenders, arrangers and corporate borrowers in national and cross-border operations, and is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
