He has advised a broad range of clients on some of Indonesia’s most significant and groundbreaking renewable energy projects, many involving complex and novel transactions that are among the first of their kind in Indonesia and have subsequently established precedents for similar projects. Yorda is experienced in drafting and negotiating key project and finance documents, including PPAs, facility agreements, and other project financing documentation.
