About Mohammed Ibrahim Al Qassim

Mohammed Ibrahim Al Qassim is the managing partner of the firm and an honours graduate of the University of Sharjah. He has over two decades of experience in commercial, civil, real estate, and arbitration matters, with particular depth in high-value construction, energy, and engineering disputes. He acts for contractors, developers, financial institutions, and engineering consultants in technically demanding proceedings before the UAE courts at all levels, and leads much of the firm's contentious enforcement work, including precautionary attachment and cross-border matters.
