About Mohit Goel

Mohit Goel is a senior partner at Sim and San, and heads the firm’s litigation practice. He advises domestic and international clients on complex commercial disputes, with a focus on intellectual property litigation across trade marks, patents, copyright, designs and geographical indications, alongside corporate advisory, regulatory disputes and enforcement strategy. He has acted in significant patent and trade mark matters before the Indian courts, including as counsel in the CCAI patent enforcement campaign, the Semaglutide patent litigation and Lifestyle Equities v Amazon Technologies. Mohit regularly advises multinationals, start-ups and high-growth enterprises, and is a member of INTA, AIPPI and APAA.
