About Monica Chong Wan Yee

Monica Chong Wan Yee is a partner in WongPartnership’s corporate and commercial disputes and international arbitration practices. She has extensive experience as counsel in high-stakes proceedings under ICC, ICSID, SIAC and UNCITRAL rules, and has sat as arbitrator in ICC and SIAC proceedings. A key focus of her practice is the cross-border enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. She is an associate mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre, a member of the Executive Committee of the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA), and is serving her second term on the Criminal Law Advisory Committee (Hearing).
