Monika Srivastava is a partner in Khaitan & Co’s corporate/M&A practice and is based in New Delhi. Her practice covers M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures, VC and CVC investments and corporate advisory. Monika leads the education sector practice at the firm and does extensive work in the tech space, representing several leading international tech companies on their acquisitions and investments in India. Her work in the education sector includes representing prominent education and edtech companies, financial sponsors, universities and K-12 groups on investments, acquisitions, strategic alliances, restructuring and regulatory matters. A dual-qualified lawyer, Monika started her professional journey at Linklaters LLP in London, where she worked for a few years before joining the firm.
