About Moran Yemini

Moran Yemini has over 22 years’ experience in representing Israeli and multinational clients in complex class actions spanning securities, antitrust, consumer protection, privacy, environmental and insurance matters. His practice includes advising leading corporates in sectors such as energy, automotive, financial services, consumer goods, technology and higher education. Moran has acted in precedent-setting disputes involving choice-of-law clauses, large-scale antitrust claims, and class actions testing professional liability. He is also experienced in negotiating favourable settlements in high-stakes matters. A former clerk to a Supreme Court justice, Moran holds a PhD and postdoctoral fellowships from Yale and Cornell Tech.
