About Moses Kipkogei

Moses Kipkogei is a partner at G&A Advocates LLP and heads the firm’s Policy, Legal Compliance and Legislative Drafting Practice. He advises public institutions, state corporations, development partners and private sector clients on constitutional and administrative law, governance, legislative drafting, regulatory compliance and public policy. His practice also encompasses commercial dispute resolution, construction law and environmental law, with experience advising on complex public sector projects and institutional reforms. Moses previously served in the Office of the Attorney General and the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. He holds an LLB from Moi University, a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and professional qualifications in governance and regulatory compliance.
