About Mostafa Ihab

Mostafa Ihab is a legal director at Mohammed Al Dhabaan & Partners Eversheds Sutherland. He is a dual-qualified (civil law/common law) bilingual disputes resolution lawyer. Mostafa has been practising law for approximately 16 years, five of which have been in Saudi Arabia. He advises and represents clients in disputes before local courts and arbitral tribunals. He also advises clients on all forms of commercial and construction disputes management, in addition to handling financial crime cases and internal investigations. Before joining Mohammed Al Dhabaan & Partners Eversheds Sutherland, he spent eight years working as a prosecutor in the Egyptian judiciary at the Financial Crimes Prosecution Office.
