About Matilda Kronqvist

Matilda Kronqvist is a managing associate at Vinge and a member of the Swedish Bar Association. She specialises in commercial dispute resolution, with particular experience in intellectual property and copyright disputes, compliance matters and securities litigation. Matilda acts as counsel in a broad range of complex commercial disputes across sectors including real estate, marketing law, and foundations. She has extensive experience in proceedings before Swedish courts as well as in arbitration, and is adept at managing multi-party disputes. Matilda also advises clients on regulatory compliance and IP-related matters outside of contentious proceedings.
